What are your business hours?
For general inquiries, you can reach us by phone every day from 08:00 to 20:00. During your stay, we are available from 06:00 to 00:00.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers and also offer card payments via trusted payment providers such as Stripe.
Can I get a full refund?
Refunds depend on the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. If you booked a non refundable rate, no refund will be issued. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or no shows are non refundable.
Do you offer parking?
Parking is available in selected apartments only.
If your unit includes a private parking space, it will be clearly stated in the listing and your booking details.
For all other apartments, public street parking is available nearby. Please note that Vienna has paid short term parking in most areas and local rules may apply. We recommend using the Handyparken app or purchasing parking tickets at a Trafik.
